Jean Groesbeck & Assoc. LLC has established a reputation of providing excellent real estate services in Anacortes, La Conner, Bow, Samish Island, Guemes Island and throughout Skagit County and Whidbey Island. The original team consisted of Linda Harris and Jessica Notaro-excellent buyer's agents, Lisa Torcorletti-licensed assistant and transaction coordinator, Charlotte Foote-Internet marketing specialist, Jean Groesbeck is the top listing agent in Skagit County of luxury properties and pre-owned homes, and Jingles (a Certified Therapy Dog) is the team mascot! Recently Jean and her husband Paul purchased the COLDWELLL BANKER office in Anacortes and the name of the new company is COLDWELL BANKER Island Living.
Jean: My goal is to sell my clients homes for more money in less time. It starts from helping home sellers stage their homes and prepare the property for sell, educatee sellers on the selling process, develop a comprehensive personalized marketing program for each property, work hard to get a good offer on the property, NEGOTIATE to get my sellers the best terms, negotiate on any issues that may come up on inspection, and monitor every single little detail of the closing process to make sure the transaction closes on time!
I have experience in sales and marketing in the corporate world to draw from and had the advantage of receiving additional marketing and negotiating training from Fortune 500 companies as well as real world experience. My formal education also helps and includes an MBA from Seattle University, and the following credentials: Accredited Buyer's Representative, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Residential Specialist, e-PRO Certified, and Certified Real Estate Instructor. I have tought classes on how to market and sell Premier Properties and luxury real estate to other agents. I am familiar with waterfront properties within 2 hours of Seattle, and have sold luxury estate from Olympia to the San Juan Islands.
