Real estate combines the two things I love the most: people and information. I love meeting new people, and I'm a researcher sans pareil! If you have a question, I'll find the answer!

About Me

I have been a licensed REALTOR(R) for a little since November, 2004I , but I have 30 years of experience in the corporate/business world. (Yes, I'm old!)

 
My background includes banking, advertising and marketing, and office management (in my church).  Unrelated, you think?  Not so much.  These areas have given me a background that turns out to be incredibly valuable in the real estate business.  Spending nearly 10 years as Office Manager of one of the largest Catholic parishes in the Diocese of St. Augustine, Florida, considerably softened the Type-A personality I developed (always had?) during my banking and advertising/marketing careers!

I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to make money in real estate, but my driving force is to help people achieve their goals, whether that be finding just the right home for living or selling their current home as profitably as possible.  I also work with investors who are beginning or restructuring their real estate investment portfolio.

I look forward to a long, mutually rewarding relationship with my clients, who I come to consider as friends.

I take pleasure in all aspects of real estate, but my favorite is matching people with opportunities, either for investment portfolio or residence.  

I am a number-cruncher and researcher extraordinare, and relentlessly search to find the right match for my clients.  If you are familiar with Malcolm Gladwell's book The Tipping Point, I am a "connector".  After reading it, I felt greatful that something I have always done...connect people, places and things with myself and each other...actually had a name!
