We are Jeff and Sarah Linginfelter, a husband and wife team, offering you two opinions and two sets of expertise that create a unique marketing system.

We are sensitive to the fact that the home selling/buying process is an emotional time and we strive to make it fun, exciting and stress free.

We are both fully licensed and attend continuing education courses to stay current with the real estate industry. Sarah is also a professional photographer, so you can expect quality images of your home.

Licensed since 2005, Jeff is a multi-million dollar producer, e-PRO (internet professional) and the SRS (seller representative specialist). Holds the Award of Excellence from the Knoxville Association multiple times, the Award of Excellence for technology use from Realtor.com and multiple customer quality service awards.
