I am a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist, a designation held by approximately 350 attorneys in the State of Minnesota. I am licensed to practice in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. I am also an occasional guest on the WCCO Real Estate Radio Hour, a weekly radio program devoted to hot issues in Minnesota real estate law.
I have experience in a wide variety of real estate matters, including residential real estate sales (including short sales), commercial sales and leasing, residential landlord-tenant matters (including evictions), homeowners association law, mortgage foreclosures and commerical loan workouts. I have a diverse client base which includes realtors, community banks, investors, developers and title companies. I also am experienced in business law and business transactions and I use this knowledge to create the proper structure for the deal.
