As a professional business consultant for over 16 years, I served many clients from:

I am familiar with the northwest Oklahoma City and Edmond markets having spent over 40 years in the area.  I have had the opportunity to negotiate the sale of homes from both the sellers and buyers side.

Areas of Expertise

Having lived in NW Oklahoma City and Edmond since 1964 I am as familiar with the area as anyone can be.  The majority of my business is dealing with buyers of residential real estate.  My specialities include condos, first time buyers, relocations, and executive clientele.  Over 20% of my business is in the top 10% of our market's price range.

I have been selected to offer new homes from three of the area's top builders:

1.  Jack Evans TimberCraft Homes.  Currently building in the Edmond, Yukon, and Mustang areas, TimberCraft offers high quality construction specificaitons and amenities at a remarkably low price.  TimberCraft exclusively uses fully footed stem walls, no pier and beam foundations here, 3000 lb concrete is used throughout the homes, granite slab countertops in the kitchens, antique bronze faucet sets, 10' ceilings, and the homes can be built to acheive an Energy Star rating.  All this starting in the $120's from about 1400 sq ft to 2000 sf.

2.  John Gravitt Homes.  Currently building in the Mustang area.  John also offers high quality construction specificaitons and amenities at a remarkably low price.  He is using fully footed stem wall construction, 3500 lb concrete is used throughout the homes, granite slab countertops are found in both baths while granite tile is used in the kitchen, antique bronze faucet sets, 10' ceilings, and homes are Energy Star rated.  Homes start in the $150's and are 1550 to 2000 sq ft.

3.  Pfenninger Oklahoma Construction & Development.  Steve has been building homes in the Oklahoma City area for over 30 years, after graduating from OU with a degree in Architecture in 1976.  He does few spec homes, preferring to build large custom homes.  His most recent projects are in Gaillardia and the new Iron Horese Ranch addition in the north Edmond area.  Pfenninger homes tend to be over 3000 sq ft and start in the low $300's.
