About Me:
I've been working with President Scott Akerley since 1997, and we co-founded CV Escrow in 2006. Scott and I have the same attitude about our employees - we make it a point to hire the right people, and then we get out of the way.
This certainly worked with American Trust Escrow, the first escrow company Scott and I founded together. In fact, it allowed American Trust to grow from its humble beginnings in a 300-square-foot storage closet to now being a part of an entity that operates ten escrow companies and employs more than 200 people.
I started my executive career in high-tech, so I was really driven to move into a human-dominated field. As a part of that drive, I've worked to really humanize the escrow companies I'm associated with, using my influence to bring a unique and area-appropriate feel to every facility in our organization. As an agent, the escrow company you select should be an extension of you - and should offer your clients the same friendly, professional service that you give. And that's where we come in.
Beyond CV Escrow:
As the Executive Vice President of CV Escrow, Glen Oaks Escrow, American Trust Escrow, and CMG Escrow, I am part of an established, far-reaching team that provides high-quality, flexible service for all of your clients' escrow needs.
I am also a board member of the Los Angeles Escrow Association, and live in the Los Angeles area with my wife and daughter.
