This page briefly highlights my real estate activities for the last 25 years.

Short Sales and Foreclsures

  • I do have the newest designation from the National Association of Realtors - SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
  • I have bought property at "the court house steps" and dealt directly with REO Officers when the bank has taken the property back.
  • I have fixed up and flipped property and also held onto property as a rental.

    • Recently...
    After training and coaching real estate agents for 10 years (the last 5 of them on Maui in Hawaii) - and having my Washington State Real Estate License for nearly 20 years - I've decided to get back into real estate sales and investments.

    I work on the island of Maui in the Kihei, Wailea and Makena areas. I work out of our newest office (with one of the founders) in the Wailea Gateway Center - Coldwell Banker Island Properties in Wailea, Hawaii.

    Background History:

  • I have worked full time in the real estate industry since 1985.
  • I started teaching other Realtors in 1999
  • I've taught over 1,000 classes on MS Office, Property Marketing, Branding and integrating the Internet and social media to create a full marketing experience for a seller's home
  • For 3 years I was a featured trainer, until I moved to Maui in September of 2005, for John L. Scott and Coldwell Banker Bain - two of the largest real estate offices in the Northwest with over 5,000 agents combined.

    • I look forward to helping sellers and buyers achieve their personal goals with real estate.

    Maui's Best Buy List...

    Properties in Kihei on Maui, are more affordable than you may think.  As of May 6, 2010 property prices have rolled back!  Prices are at about the level they were 5 to 6 years ago.  You can buy a 2 bedroom condo, that allows short term rentals, for under $200k. We've seen some product pricing level out and in some cases start to rise a bit.
