Can you imagine...
waking up and going for a stroll on the beach in Wailea just as the sun rises over Haleakala. All of a sudden you see a whale breach out of the corner of your eye. You stop and focus on that area to see what happens next. Oh geez, there it is again, a whale coming completely out of the water and disappearing with an enormous splash. That memory will be with you forever....it is incredible to see.

having just the most amazing time with someone you care about, sleeping in, strolls on the beach quiet evenings together, candlelit dinners in Wailea, walks on the beach in Kihei as the sun sets. Amazing moments that deepen relationships can be found in the tropical paradise of Maui.

you can build a life time of favorite memories everytime you come to Maui. I remember going to my grandmother's beach house every summer...joyful memories. Maui can provide your kids, spouse and friends with amazing memories of joy, excitement and pleasure.

A brief synopsis of my last 25 years in real estate.
I specialize in finding properties that will make great investments. Be it a vacation rental, long-term hold, or for personal use I enjoy finding great values for my clients.
I provide expert representation for buyers and sellers and fully utilize the Internet to communicate with my clients both here and off the island. I want my clients to make smart decisions, so I help them to get a better understanding of this unique real estate market.
Short Sales and Foreclsures
- I have the newest designation from the National Association of Realtors - SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
- I have bought property at "the court house steps" and dealt directly with REO Officers when the bank has taken the property back.
- I have fixed up and flipped property and also held onto property as a rental.
I work on the island of Maui in the Kihei, Wailea and Makena areas. I work out of our newest office (with one of the founders) in the Wailea Gateway Center - Coldwell Banker Island Properties in Wailea, Hawaii.
