Description
Handyman Services specializing in repairs for homes going on the real estate market, or already on the market. I work with homeowners or agents in order to get the home looking it's best.

What I Do:

Realtors

  • Do you have a home listed for sale that needs some touch up work done to make it show better to prospective buyers?

  • Do you have a new listing that would benefit from a little TLC?

  • Would you like to take care of some issues before its an item on a home inspection report?

Homeowners

  • Thinking about putting your home up for sale, but there are still little repairs to be done to help make your home look its best?

  • Don't want your home to be labeled a "fixer-upper" by buyers and their agents?

My Background:

I have worked in the New Home Building Industry for almost 30 years, and have handled all types of construction for some of the most well-known builders.  I can give you an honest assessment of the items that most need attention.  I have been on both sides of the real estate deal, and have been part of too many home inspections to count, so I know what items the home inspector is most likely to include in his report.  I also know from doing thousands of walk-throughs with buyers, what items are most likely to catch their eye.  You want the buyers to focus on the house, not on the missing trim, nails in the wall where pictures once were, or a bathtub that needs to be re-caulked.  All these little items add up in a buyers mind, and they start reducing their offer price.

If something needs to be done that would best be completed by a contractor, then I can recommend an area contractor that I have worked with, and even meet with them to discuss the job, and supervise until completion.
