Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualificatons? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  

I like to have an initial meeting with potential clients to give each of us an opportunity to ensure the relationship will be a good fit.  There are many good agents out there should the need ever arise - and thankfully it hasn't.  I'm very patient and sincere in helping people meet their end goals. 

Use this section to write about your specific area's of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.

 I'm an accredited Stager and willing to provide advice on how seller's can make their home show better.  Staging is not just for high-end homes.  Good staging can help any home show better and sell quicker. 

There are still quite a few investors out there looking for that "great deal" - it's all about perspective.  I also receive many calls from first-time home buyers.  Affordable housing for first-tiime home buyers can be a challenge in Pierce and Thurston Counties.  As Lewis County is such a short commute we can usually find something that is more workable while meeting the clients needs. 

With McChord AFB and Ft. Lewis close by, there are quite a few folks who are new to the area and overwhelmed with not only getting their compass adjusted to finding stores, etc., but also adjusting to the different building styles, landscaping techniques that many of us take for granted. 

My wife and I are very pleased with Sandra Williams and her knowledge of the real estate business.
