Jen has lived in the Charlotte area over 20 years which is very rare for most residents. She was raised in the town of Matthews, became a newlywed in Monroe, and has most recently become a resident of Waxhaw. She is happily married to her best friend Rich, a local landscaper & grading contractor, and has an adorable and spunky Yorkshire terrier named "Monster Truck".

I sold my property "For Sale By Owner" last week. I only had the house on the market for 2 weeks but it took nearly a month to close with problems popping up every couple days. The closing was awful, so bad that we never even celebrated the sale. We just moved on and tried to forget the whole experience. I will never again sell a house without using a realtor (hopefully you). I know now how important it is to have a professional realtor.
