About Jen and Hannah
Jen Lazzara
I was born in Southern California and lived there the first five years of my life. My family relocated at that time to a city called Bellingham in Northwest Washington. I attended elementary school at a private Catholic school called Assumption, and went on to attend Fairhaven Middle School. I went to Sehome High school where I was involved in Jazz and Concert Choir, was a varsity cheerleader as well as being involved in various other groups and activities. I graduated with honors in 1990. After graduation I moved to Seattle to attend college. It was there that I was married and had two daughters (Shelby, now 15 and Alyssa, now 13) and graduated with my associate's degree. I worked as an assistant to an attorney as well as various other clerical type jobs during this time. We moved Salt Lake City at the end of 1995. I returned to school and attended the University of Utah, working towards a pre-med degree in Exercise Physiology. I had two more children (Julianne, 10, and Joseph, 4), divorced, and worked as an executive assistant in a law office during this time, as well as teaching as a certified fitness instructor. I went to Stringham Real Estate School in January of 2005 and started working with ERA Legacy Realtors the following month. Hannah and I teamed up about a year later. We are currently members of ERA's International Collection, the Home Builder's Association Women's Council, Salt Lake Board of Realtors® and have had ERA's Acceleration training. I am also a certified Acceleration Trainer and a Graduate Realtor® Institute member. I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and making everything fun!
Hannah Cutler
I was born in Murray, Utah and later moved to Dutch John, Utah, a small mountain town located in Ashley national forest near Flaming Gorge reservoir. During my childhood, I spent my time hunting, fishing, camping and exploring the mountains and lakes. At age 8, I moved to Provo, Utah and attended Sunset elementary until the 3rd grade. I was then homeschooled from grades 4-6th and skipped 7th grade after testing and entered 8th grade a year early at Dixon Middle School. I then attended Provo High School, where I performed in the show choir and played on the volleyball team for 3 years, helping my team win 2nd place at the state level. In 1992 I graduated from High School and attended Utah Valley State College for two years working on general education and an architecture degree. In 1993, I married Steve Cutler and continued school and started working at Security National Mortgage as a receptionist and underwriter assistant. Later moved with underwriter to Colonial Mortgage and worked as underwriter assistant and as a loan insurer and in the closing department. In 1995, I had my first child, Carson, and decided to leave the mortgage field and help manage my husbands construction business. I gave birth to my 2nd child, Jackson, in 1997, my 3rd child, Kaitlyn, in 2000, and my 4th child, Madison, in 2002. In August 2005, I went to a real estate school and obtained my license in Sept. 2005. I signed on with ERA Legacy Realtors in Sept. 2005 and worked as a single agent for 6 months. I completed the ERA Legacy Acceleration training for my certification as an International Collection Agent, and later teamed up with Jen Lazzara, an agent at ERA Legacy. I later formed Corporation Jen and Hannah Inc. Since then I have been in real estate for 2 years, 1.5 years as a team. I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, fishing, watching my sons football teams and daughters drama performances.

Ironically, they also both have four children who light up their lives. This energetic team is straightforward, enjoys working hard and believes that "if it's not fun, it's not worth it!" Because of this shared philosophy, an ever-present sense of humor and their youthful attitude toward life, Jen & Hannah put most everyone they meet at ease instantly.
A Leader in Life
Jen's drive, independence and determined spirit took hold in her youth, and she became a leader both scholastically and in her thirst for new experiences and knowledge. She started her career path as a pre-school teacher and her desire to teach, along with her certification as a fitness instructor led to her pre-med major in exercise physiology. She has traveled extensively through Europe, and journeying to new places is one of her favorite pastimes. Remaining active is important to her, so when she can, she enjoys working out, mountain biking and scuba diving.
A Community Servant
Like Jen, Hannah likes to stay fit, healthy and active. Her favorite sport is volleyball; a game she has played since her school days. Influenced by her father, Hannah is inclined to look at things analytically, which proved valuable when working with her husband at his construction company. She is extremely involved with her church and teaches Sunday school every week. She volunteers her time to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and other community activities, and has served with a local women's organization that helps needy individuals.
