Once my husband and I had made the decision to move to Panama City, from North Carolina, I had one week once I got to Panama City to find a house.  I had selected the Bowman's over the Internet after reading several realtor web sites.  I decided that anyone with as many children as they have. With Scott & Jennifer, it is not all about the commission. At the time I did not know if I wanted to sell or lease my property. Our recent home purchase with Jennifer Bowman of Prudential Sands was absolutely flawless.  Jennifer is a true professional with her client's best interests at heart.  She worked constantly to ensure that our transaction was a success and met the closing deadline without fail.  Our purchase was unique in the fact that it was a "short sale" through Wells Fargo Bank.  Unlike the traditional sale through an owner (and the owner's real estate representative), this process was far more complex and trying from a calendar-based perspective.  Regardless though, Jennifer overcame all potential obstacles and worked the contract from both sides of the fence to completely her objectives.  Had it not been for her during this time, we would not be enjoying our new home today.
