A Seattle-area native, Jennifer has lived on both sides of picturesque Lake Washington giving her first-hand knowledge and appreciation of local neighborhoods. Jennifer has bought, sold and renovated a number of homes over the years and she understands that the most personal of investments warrants an unmatched commitment to service. Prior to earning her real estate license, Jennifer co-owned a successful mortgage company for 12 years, making her well-suited to guide home buyers and sellers through every step of the process. Married 14 years with three children ages 4, 6 and 8. Jennifer and Tim enjoy being on the go with their active family. Time together is charished and appreciated. They are no strangers to adversity and empathize with folks who have faced personal challenges. As a family they had their own challeges a few years ago when their youngest son faced open heart surgery and their daughter needed neuro surgery to correct a birth defect that prevented her from sitting up or walking. At the same time, all within three months of each other Jennifer faced a cancer diagnosis and major surgery. All are the picture of perfect health now, but it was a very, very long two years of struggle. Why share such personal information? Because sometimes it is nice to know that folks are human too. We all have our challenges, and when you work with Jennifer it isn't just a transaction to her. Your life, your circumstances, your family all matter to her. Your goals become her goals and it is with great satisfaction that she works to achieve them together.
