A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
I am a very proud southern girl, native Texan, wife, mom and Realtor. With all that life has thrown at me, I know that forgiveness is the key to finding peace and happiness. I learned to forgive and move forward with love and the strength that comes from God. I'm not perfect but, I know that I am loved and that my worth is not affected by anyone's opinion of me, it comes from a belief in myself.

As for my passion for real estate and work ethic, I am always enthusiastic, prompt, personal and professional. I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Collin County Associaton of Realtors. I have a combined total of 15 years in marketing, sales, and service to the public and am always willing to go the extra mile for the complete satisfaction of my customers and clients!

A LITTLE ABOUT TEXAS, TEXAS HOMES & TEXAS REAL ESTATE
Texas - Like A Whole Other Country
FRISCO TEXAS HOMES & FRISCO TEXAS REAL ESTATE

Since its creation, Frisco was a retail and shipping point, beginning with a number of cotton gins and grain elevators, and was the home of a Farmers Co-operative Gin Association. By 1914 the town had grown to a population of 1,000 people and grew slowly through the 20th century. In 1960, the population reached 1,184, and increased to 3,499 by 1980 as a result of the growth of Dallas, Plano and Fort Worth. By 2000 there were 33,714 people, and since the turn of the century the number of people living in the city of Frisco has more than doubled to over 95,000. This phenomenal growth is expected to continue and projections are for 140,000 people by the year 2010. www.ci.frisco.tx.us

Capital, Austin.
Largest cities, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio.
Nickname, Lone Star State.
Motto, Friendship.
State flower, bluebonnet.
State tree, pecan.
Texas State Pledge of Alligence, "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible."
Supported by a strong economy and steady employment growth, Texans truly know how to live it up "big." Texas has an excellent overall cost of living and is the fourth most affordable state in the country. Statewide, the cost of living is about 12% the national average with a median home price of $136,500 and an average price of near $174,000. Affordable price tags on homes and a strong job market have helped the housing market in this area remain strong despite sagging sales in other parts of the country. This same trend of affordable living and hot real estate markets can be seen across the state of Texas, from its big cities to its rural towns.
ALLEN TEXAS HOMES & ALLEN TEXAS REAL ESTATE
More than 60,000 people reside in Allen, one of the fastest growing communities north of Dallas. Allen was founded by a purchasing agent of the Houston and Texas Central Railway in 1870. The town's early growth was due in large part to the arrival of the railroad and was later enhanced by the expansion of nearby communities. Located in southwestern Collin County, Allen is just south of the Oklahoma border. Residents enjoy fishing at nearby lakes such as Lavon Lake and Lake Lewisville. Real estate offerings consist primarily of single-family homes, though some condominiums and townhouses can also be found. Allen's convenient location, numerous recreational possibilities and lovely homes continue to draw new residents of all ages. www.cityofallen.org
PROSPER TEXAS HOMES & PROSPER TEXAS REAL ESTATE
The Town of Prosper was incorporated in 1914 with a commission form of government and a population of 500. U.N. Clary was Mayor and served in that position for the next 49 years. From the mule drawn wagon and horse drawn buggy, the automobile evolved. Thus began the evolution of people moving in and out of the rural community. Surviving the war and the depression, the mechanization of farming provided the next big impact on Prosper's population. In 1980, the introduction of light industry, combined with the growth of the Metroplex, led to a comeback for Prosper. Today Prosper is the home to more than 100 businesses and hundreds of new families. www.prospertx.gov
CELINA TEXAS HOMES & CELINA TEXAS REAL ESTATE
Celina is a wonderful city that is now experiencing the change from a predominately farming community to an urban city. MCKINNEY TEXAS HOMES & MCKINNEY TEXAS REAL ESTATE
McKinney's gently rolling hills, tree-lined neighborhoods, historic downtown and beautiful parks give the city a quaint, small town feel - quite different from the Metroplex's urban sprawl.
