About Us:

I am an Associate Broker/Team Leader with Prudential American Associates with offices in Tempe, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Phoenix. My team members include Juan Pesqueira-- licensed Realtor and Appraiser, and my father, licensed Realtor.

While my focus is Investment Properties throughout the valley, I also work aggressively for conventional buyers and sellers. I work hand in hand with investment lenders, property managers, contractors and builders to suit every client's investment needs. As an investor myself, I know how to maximize profit margins and minimize cost on remodels.  I have represented many clients in locating cash-flow properties both single and multi-family, properties 10-40% under market value, and land/development deals.
