Because our primary home is in Alpharetta, GA, Jennifer did most of the footwork and previewed many properties for us. she did so during the Christmas holidays and on weekends, too. She was always available to answer questions or concerns about any property including those regarding property taxes, HOA rules, and regulations (especially concerning our two Golden Retrievers), regime fees, utilities, parking and more. The property that we ultimately decided upon met every need and objection on our list.
We could not be more pleased and excited about our new home. The location is fantastic with its proximity to the Aquarium, shops and restaurants and view of the harbor. Most important, she kept us within the price range and budget that we had set for ourselves.
After we decided on this property, and because we wanted to do a cash sale, she was able to schedule the closing within ten days. This included the inspection and repairs. She negotiated with the Sellers to pay for all repairs and they were completed before closing on the property. A last minute snag (on the Friday before the Monday closing) involved our learning from the closing attorney that the Regime fees were increasing by $100.00 per month. Jennifer negotiated with the Sellers to pay this increase ($1,200.00 back to us) for this year.
After the closing Jennifer took us shopping to find stools for the counter of the kitchen. This enabled us to have a place to sit in our new home. It also allowed us to move out of the hotel and enjoy the condo for a few days before returning to Alpharetta. We love our new place so much that we wanted the Sandlapper Real Estate Company to know what a wonderful job Jennifer did for us. We may decide to move here permanently and use Jennifer as our Realtor, once again. "

I felt Jennifer went way over and above the call of duty for us, but that is just natural to her. Even after the closing, Jennifer helped us locate someone to take care of the property, and she followed through with some loose ends that needed tying.
