My main area of focus is working with buyers, because as a loan agent that is my target market.  I do not like stress in my life and I seriously enjoy the customer service people that I work with that make my life easy by taking the stress out of my business dealings.... this is what I do for my clients.... let's have a little bit of fun while we are going through this process.... it can be so serious and dramatic.  After 17 years I feel I have the experience to make the process painless and enjoyable for my clients so that buying a house, getting a mortgage and closing the loan can be wonderful and dynamic experiences.  My objective is to help as many people as possible, meet folks that thrive on excellent customer service and make lots of friends along the way.

 I have a fabulous team of people that I work with.  We walk the customer through the loan process.  We work by Referral Only meaning that our only form of advertising is from our clients, their friends, family, realtor, financial planner, accountant, etc.  When you work By Referral Only if your customer service is not excellent the buyer can easily find the same product elsewhere.  Our customer friendly atmosphere, coupled with over 20 years of experience, a small atmosphere that we work in with the boutique feeling of a personalized mortgage company gives our clients the opportunity to learn about the homebuying experience.  We specialize in giving customers honest answers upfront and I am focusing on Conventional Conforming Loans.   Our firm is licensed in California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Nevada.
