About me, Jenniffer Lee

Prior to obtaining a Florida Real Estate License and becoming a realtor, I worked in a Boca Raton law office performing various tasks related to real estate, including drafting deeds and leases, reviewing title searches, producing title commitments and policies, calculating closing figures, preparing settlement statements and closing documents, etc. Prior to that, I worked as a mortgage loan officer performing all tasks required to arrange real estate financing and I have followed changes in the financing industry throughout the years in an effort to remain current on all trends. I have owned and operated four successful businesses, providing me experience in multi-tasking, marketing, customer service, negotiating, and detail management. I am a full-time realtor. Real estate is what I do. During my first full calendar year as a RE/MAX Realtor in Boca Raton, I made it into the RE/MAX 100% Club, the 3rd level of success at RE/MAX. In 2006 (considered a "crappy" year for real estate) I closed 29 transactions & hit that level of success again. In 2005, I made "President's Club," the 2nd level of success, and in 2007 (yet another "crappy" year for real estate), I made Executive Club, the 1st level of success. I am a full-time realtor and I work very hard to get results. In 2008, I opened my own RE/MAX office, RE/MAX Complete Solutions in Boca Raton. I owe my success to my previous experiences, as all have provided me with expertise that gives me an advantage in my current position, as an efficient realtor must be able to do much more than just show houses.

I am proud to be a licensed Florida realtor, a member of the Association of Realtors of the Palm Beaches, a RE/MAX realtor, and the broker/owner of RE/MAX Complete Solutions, located in central Boca Raton on Powerline Road between Glades Road and Palmetto Park Road. I have lived in Boca Raton, Florida, for more than 18 years, so I specialize in Boca Raton real estate, although I am qualified to handle real estate anywhere in Florida, especially southeast Florida. My office is located near the border of Palm Beach County and Broward County, in southeast Florida and I have handled properties on the west coast of Florida too. I want to thank you for handling the sale of my condo in Boca Raton. It was a relief to me that I only had to sign a few documents and that you took care of the rest.

What surprised me is that you were even present at the condo to direct the shipper as to what I wanted returned to my home in Rhode Island and that what was left behind was given to charity. Nothing was left undone.

The better surprise to me is that you sold the condo within 3 days and at a price which both you and I did not expect.

We still can not believe that you got us over market value and the subsequent agent who helped us located our new home was stunned that you were able to ensure the deal would close by locking the buyers in so tight by contract that they had to pay the $10,000 over the appraised value in cash.
