About Us:

Teena (President) and Marshall (General Counsel) have a combined 32 years of experience in the title insurance industry.  Teena and Marshall are both Ohio licensed title insurance agents.  Teena is also licensed in Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, Maryland, Colorado and Kentucky.  Mr. McCormick is an Ohio and Oregon licensed attorney at law and is a Principal of McCormick & McCormick, LLC, attorneys at law.  Prior to forming CTS, both Teena and Marshall were employed by Stewart Title locally as division President and General Counsel respectively. 

Areas of Expertise

Founded in February 2007, Chase Title Services ("CTS") is a full service real estate title agency active in issuing owners' and lender's policies of title insurance and acting as escrow agent for residential and commercial property transactions.  CTS is owned equally by Christina L. Collins ("Teena") and Marshall S. McCormick ("Marshall"). The company's underwriter is First American Title Insurance Company, which gives CTS the ability to provide national coverage to our clients.
