Jerry embarked on his career at a time when Lake Tahoe was being discovered around the globe. His knack for mastering the needs of buyers and sellers alike launched him into the forefront of his profession in the 1970's when he established (along with his father) Boren & Associates. With his keen sense of market trends, Jerry's instincts took him directly into the pre-boom of the luxury real estate market at Lake Tahoe ... and to the top of his ranks in the business.
