Although I am a builder, developer and Realtor, I really consider myself a marketer with a Real Estate License.  I have spent the past 9 months learning about internet marketing and seo.  My goal is to integrate what I have learned about online marketing with the Real Estate World.  My hobbies have been replaced with an incescant thirst for more industry specific knowledge.  If 87% of all home sales begin with an online search, why are we as an industry marketing so far off the mark. 

My professional goal is to create the most innovative marketing campaign for my clients the industry has seen. 

Experience

I was born in Bentonville, AR in 1973 and have been here every since.  I was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1991.  I let my license expire in early 2000 and entered the construction world full time.  Since then I have personally built, sold, or bought nearly 1,000 properties.  Although, I have recently reentered the  Real Estate business, I consider myself very fortunate to have the vast real estate and construction knowledge I have acquired over the past 18 years.

The combination of a lifetime spent actively engaged in some facet of real estate and the many late nights researching innovative online marketing techniques and the associated knowledge acquired, have put me in a very unique position that most are not fortunate enough to achieve.  This combination makes me the perfect choice for anyone in NW AR to use to buy or sell their NW AR home.

I proudly service Northwest Arkansas, the area in which I was born and have spent my life.  I live in Benton County, and service Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Cave Springs, Springdale, Fayetteville, and supporting communities or suburbs.  My primary focus is homes for sale Bentonville, Bella Vista, and Rogers.
