About Us:
We moved to Southern Colorado from Steamboat Springs. Being natives of Santa Fe, NM, we were longing to get back south to a more temperate lifestyle and climate (450 in. of snow each year was finally getting to be a bit much for us). We had always liked small towns, friendly people and real estate. And we feel in love with the La Veta area of the Cuchara Valley.
After years in banking and investments, I may have now found another calling, in real estate. Only in my sixth year here, I have consistently been a "Top Producer" in our area. I work full-time year round using my past experiences and contacts to better serve my clients. Personal recreation is more limited in the busy summer season, but I enjoy an occasional round of golf, trout fishing and riding our horses.
Areas of Expertise
I work primarily in rural land and ranch sales, as well as the medium to high-end country homes. Having lived in mountain resort areas before, I am familiar with the many aspects of rural mountain living. It's a different kind of lifestyle and I relate to my clients in helping them find the property that will best suit their wants and needs.
Elevations, livestock, wells and fencing, all become natural issues of importance to the rural property owners. My knowledge of conservation easements, financing options, water rights and minerals are becoming more important every day. I enjoy helping buyers sift through these important issues.
