I heard about Equity Services, LLC though a friend of a friend who had purchased a house in Pontiac Michigan, and after refurbishment (handled thru Equity Services, LLC) was very happily renting the home with positive cash flow AND having refinanced the property.
My friend and I met Joe - we did not know him from Adam….We conversed about how the process worked. Joe was detailed and straight forward. I was sold! My friend held back…thinking it was too good. In our discussion Joe asked where I worked.
