We service the marketing areas of: Naples, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers Beach, Charlotte Harbor, Punta Gorda, Arcadia, and Labelle. We work with residential and commercial clients and customers. Our Sales Associates are from diverse backgrounds such as a medical doctor, an attorney, several who have had their own businesses in the past, masters degrees in business, all Sales Associates have taken the advanced education courses in Real Estate, and we also have some Sales Associates who are new to the business that we are training to become future successes in Real Estate. Our main goal is SERVICE. We want our clients and customers to feel comfortable and secure that they have been treated well and will receive the best service possible whether they are buying, selling or renting Real Estate. We will always do a comparable market analysis as well as the net income statement so our customers will know what price the house they are looking at should be bought for. Our clients will receive the CMA so they can determine the best price their home should be sold at in the shortest amount of time. All of our Sales Associates are professionals and will give advice on Real Estate matters that are pertinant to the sale of the property. We are not authorized to give legal advice, you must consult an attorney for any legal advice you may need. We do have an attorney that we recommend as well as specific mortgage brokers that we work with to get you pre-qualified and the best rate available today. We are a FULL SERVICE REAL ESTATE COMPANY and a ONE STOP SHOP. We are open 7 days per week for your convenience from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
