No one works harder than me. My goal is to have no one work smarter than me. My sweet spot is estates and senior citizen homes. I am 54 and have been selling homes since 1992. I have been buying homes, rehabbing homes and building since 1978. I was very active during the last down market so I can handle today's issues. i love to train new agents and have a greatsystem to build repeat business. I love public speaking and have never met a micraphone I did not like. I have been a guest on WOR Radio and have hosted a RealEstateShow on WCTC radio.

I own 3 busy offices and we are in the top 10% of market share in Middlesex County. I also am the director of "The Best Schoolof Real Estate". I teach real estate at Middlesex County College.

In 1996 I asked Bruce to help me buy 10 investment properties. We bought 6 through MLS, 1 at a Sheriff's Sale, 2 from FSBOs and 1 from an estate. Bruce helped me rehab the properties and rental manage them for the next 7 years. In 2004-2005 Bruce advised me that it might be time to sell. I took Bruce's advice and sold all. I think we hit the top of the market just before the correction.Thanks to Bruce I have retired at 52 and moved to the Poconos.      Dan Dalton
