Dear Jessica Schweitzer,

You recently appraised my home located at 9560 Fulton Avenue. In the past, I had several appraisals performed on other properties I purchased. Since you appraised my home, I feel as if the other appraisers cheated me out of a detailed appraisal.

While you were at my home, you took time to notice details such as my crown moldings, chair rail moldings, decorative moldings, and recessed lights. You asked me questions about any upgrades, and recent repairs. If you had not asked me about the repairs I would have never thought to tell you about my newer roof. I never knew these details were important for an appraisal because the other appraisers never asked me these questions. The appraisal did not take long but you did take time to notice details and ask important questions and I appreciate that.

Since I work full time, it was hard for me to take time off from work but you worked around my schedule. I greatly appreciate the fact you were on time. You also asked if you should take your shoes off when entering my home, thank you for asking. I thought you were very polite and professional.

I can recall in the past I had to wait longer than a week to receive the other appraisals from previous appraisers. This was after I made phone calls checking the status. It is usually essential I receive my appraisals in a timely fashion. I scheduled the appointment with you on a Monday and I received the appraisal the following day.

I will continue to call you in the future when I am in need of your appraisal services. I will gladly refer you to my family and acquaintances. If you would like, mail me some business cards and I will hand them out to other investors I associate with.
