Terri was born and raised right here in the Bay Area where she finds enjoyment in the simple pleasures the Bay has to offer. Running, boating, hiking, and home projects keep her busy when not in the office. Terri is a mother of five, a successful multiple time business owner, a real estate investor, and Nationally ranked telecommunication salesperson.

Jess is an avid mountain biker and snow-sports addict and can now be found all about Marin County, where he recently moved to reside with his new fiancee. Jess is a graduate of Chico State where he double majored in Manufacturing Technology and Business. His resume includes top companies such as Cisco Systems, Toyota Manufacturing, and Gap inc.
The Perez team has been the #1 and #2 Top Producer for their brokerage for the past 3 years and plans to continue our success with a move into Marin county. Although we have been closing loans all over the state and country, Marin county is quickly becoming a second home base for this team.
