About Us:

I started appraising over six years ago with a firm in Orange County where we provided desktop appraisals, quality control, review appraisals and conventional appraisals. I had the unique opportunity to work with both a certified residential appraiser and a general appraiser. With each I was exposed to a wide variety of properties and appraisal projects. We valued beachfront properties, golf course properties, condos, properties up to $20 million, portfolios of properties. Assignments varied from refinances and purchases to dissolution of marriages and estate valuations.

I moved to Bakersfield in 2002 as business here was growing too fast to keep up from Orange County. Since that time I have been appraising throughout Kern County from Tehachapi and Lake Isabella to Pine Mountain Club, Delano and everything between. I launched a new website, set up phone systems, started training help, and developed great relationships with several real estate professionals in Bakersfield.

This is a great tool for agents trying to market their service, and a great tool for FSBOs in marketing their homes. Along with the Pre-listing Appraisal, we can post portions of the appraisal report with photos to our website to let prospective buyers get a third-party view of the property.

I am FHA approved and certified to appraise manufactured homes. I have applied for the next level of appraisal licensing which is Certified Residential Appraiser and hope to have the process completed in early 2009.
