With more than 20 years of commercial and industrial work experience, Jo is also a graduate of the NAtional Institute of Buildin Insectors. He received accreditation fromhe NY State DEC as a licensed pesticide technician, and received training and accreditation as a redon measurement specialist by the National Radon Safety Board. Joe is also a NY State licensed home inspector, in addition to being a licensed instctofornspectors and realtors in the State.

He currently serves as Director of Professional Development for the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, as well as serving as Chairman of InterNACHI's Ethics and Standards ofPractice Committee. Joe also heads NACHI-ADRS, an arbitration and mediation service geared specifically to the home inspection industry and the clients we serve. Joe was former Chairman if InterNACHI'sSteering COmmittee, and was names US Mmber of the Year in 2004.
