Before entering the real estate industry I worked in telecomunications for many years;  I was able to transfer marketing, customer service and project mangement skills  to real estate. 

I have a BS in Business and holds the  ABR, GRI, RECS and SRES designations 

I encouraged my daughter to become an agent and I enjoy working with her.

I work with both buyers and sellers and give my full attention to each project whether it is under $100,000 or over $1,000,000 .

I have been involved in the sale of  land, residential and investment properties.

Because of my location, I cover three counties (Southern Columbia, Dutchess and Ulster) however I concentrate mostly on Northern Dutchess.

I also like working with seniors, so I was the first person in my area to get the SRES designation.  I am also on the Seniors Commitee in the town of Red Hook.

When I work with buyers I usually work as a buyer's agent.
