About Jimmie Graham

I've been in the real estate and mortgage business for five years. I specialize in the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area.  I'm a Graduate of  Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.  I found my sucess here in real estate after taking the test seven times before passing. Reason I tell that because for my clients I never give up on what I want out of life. The same principle I use when negotiating and closing deals for my clients. I continue my education outside of college in the world of real estate...I learn a great deal from other successful agents. I one day hope to take the little I learn from them and make it into my own. To be able to do my best and be at my best is to understand the needs and wants of the Ypsilanti community.

I'm a father of a newborn babygirl and her name is Kailyn Rose Graham. My big motivation to succeeding in this industry because I want to leave a path that she can follow and be successful in her own right. I'm from North Carolina a place where I was born and grew up and look to return one day. I'm a big UNC Tarheel fan( sorry Wolverines) when it comes to football and basketball. I'm a fairly young guy but my clients love the honesty and wealth of information I provide for them to make the best decision when it comes to purchasing or selling a home in this market.

When I'm not working on real estate or taking a break...I love to take mini vacations or just hang out and enjoy local events. Just being able to grow a business to run itself and move on to other things are what I look for from this industry. So here it goes...off the ledge I go!

 

Ypsilanti Community

Ypsilanti is area I service homebuyers and sellers. This city has a lot of history and you can see pieces of that coming into it's moderate town. From the Heritage festival to the Elvis Fest. There is quite a bit to do and see. We have a great University in Eastern Michigan which has the best business school for six years in a row. A wonderul community college in Washtenaw Community College and minutes away from the Big House the University of Michigan!  This is an area that has something for the young and old and young adults like myself. This area can be your home...neighborhoods like Normal Park or College Heights or maybe the new subdivisions in the Lincoln School district. Where ever you may want to live Ypsilanti has plenty places to offer!
