Primarily I am a FULL time, FULL service realtor for The Henricks Team of Remax Integrity. I am also a licensed loan officer for Net Central Mortgage as an additional resource for real estate agents!

About Us:

I joined Remax Integrity about a year and a half ago and was hired on as an office manager. I started working very close with the different teams and agents in my office and learned what the real estate industry was about. (I had previously worked as a full time loan officer so I knew the basics of real estate.) I enjoyed it so much I decided to get my real estate license. My boss at the time, Joann Henricks, offered to pay for my schooling and my dues, it was an opportunity of a lifetime that I couldn't pass.

I am currently working for The Henricks Team that is led by Joann Henricks. She is the leader of our team with over 25 years exerience and is a vast pool of real estate knowledge. Over 70% of her business comes from repeat and referral business proving that our level of customer service is unsurpassed! Her husband, Dave Henricks, brings 18 years of customer service background to the team providing attention to detail and a great deal of professionalism. Then there is Frank Herrera, who after serving the Milwaukee community as a police officer for 25 years, has chosen to join The Henricks Team in hopes of helping the Spanish community. Frank is a spanish speaking agent that hopes to help the Spanish community find "The American Dream" of home ownership! Lastly, there is me, I am a motivated, self starter with excellent marketing skills and great attention to detail. I bring positive energy and a new focus to the team and have an excitement and great desire to help make buying and selling a home a flawless and positive experience - as it should be!!

I am also a licensed loan officer working side by side with Rob Lessner of Net Central Mortgage. Rob started Net Central Mortgage nine years ago and operates his business in a very professional manor with unending knowlegde of the lending industry. If a client of mine needs a lender, I take the loan application and pass the information to Rob who then pre-qualifies the buyer and puts them into a program that best suites their needs and wants. Working directly with a lender can provide my clients with additional services that make the real estate transaction run much more smooth. We are always available to answer any questions a client may have regarding their loan information or their real estate transaction and can pre-approve buyers in less than an hour!!

Areas of Expertise

I do most of my work and am most familiar with Oak Creek, Franklin, Greenfield, Greendale, and South Milwaukee but am NOT limited to these areas. I always welcome business outside of the usual areas, it gives me a chance to learn different markets, home styles and work with differnt people that want and need different things! The more experience I have the better off I am!

I absolutly love being part of a team! I believe that when people put their ideas and unique skills together, production can increase along with confidence and quality of service. My role as a team member is very involved, I work very closely with all of my team members to find out what it is I can do to help grow their business as well as my own. I do quite a bit with our team marketing and mailings, as well as trying to get involved in community events to offer our real estate services and resources
