Jeff Hartlep is an Ann Arbor native and has been a resident for over 40 years.  I grew up playing hockey with the Ann Arbor Hockey Association and graduated high school from Ann Arbor Pioneer.  I then joined the military and served with the 82^nd Airborne as a soldier in the first Gulf War.  After returning to Ann Arbor, I became a certified chef of a high profile restaurant in the downtown area.  Now as a Real Estate Agent I enjoy working with others buying and selling real estate.  I work hard to achieve success.  I will work hard for you.

I'm an active association board member and resident of Fleming Creek subdivision in northeast Ann Arbor.  I keep up with sales and write quarterly sales reports for my neighbors.  I work with buyers and sellers throughout Washtenaw County and surrounding areas.  I list and sell foreclosed homes and have a number of clients as investors.  I'm a Certified Relocation Specialist and help clients sell their home to move out of the area as well as helping clients move into the Ann Arbor area.  When looking for a realtor be sure to ask for Jeff Hartlep of Edward Surovell Realtors

Hi Jeff,

Thanks very much for your message.  We arrived back in Australia only yesterday, so we're adjusting to the new time zone as well as completely different weather.  It's summer here and yesterday we had the most spectacular thunderstorm.  We appreciate you taking the time showing use all the different styles of homes in Ann Arbor.  When we return in February we look forward to finding that right home and having you help us.
