Hi ! My name is Jane Heiss-Armitage, as an associate broker with Ayre/Rhinehart Realtors. I have been in the Real Estate business for 23 years. I love helping people find there new home or helping people sell there homes and move to a new home. I hold the following desigations, CRS, GRI, ABR, E-Pro, Limited License Real Estate Appraiser. I'm a people person, love meeting new people along the way. My life before Real Estate was as a tennis professional. I have coached an NCAA Division 1 tennis team and have lots of wonderful experiences along with meeting some of the nicest people.

I live in a town of about 40,000 people so specializing in one area doesn't work. I list and sell in all price ranges. I am associated with financial people to help buyers find the best terms for there situation, also have a list of home inspectors to help you make a good decision better, and maintenance people.
