I have been in full-time real estate for over 30 years, and hold several Realtor Designations such as the ABR, CRS, GRI and SRES; I am, also, the broker/owner of The Hickerson Group and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential real estate because of continuing education. In over 30 years I have only had 2 transactions not close: the first because the family did not take the transfer and the second because of a change of the loan company at the last minute.
