With my background in Interior Decorating, I know how to change a property  even with a few small changes - and often using some of the items already located in your home. 

Consultation: Budget Friendly. This service works great for the handy homeowner who feels comfortable doing the preparation work themselves such as painting, small fixes, packing etc. You will receive an initial consultation including a comprehensive Room Ready Handbook outlining all the recomendations needed to prepare your house for sale.

Consultation and Showcasing Service: This inclused the same Room Ready Handbook mentioned in the initial consultation and once the work is complete my team and I come in and stage your home to appeal to as many buyers as possible including techniques to grab those buyers.

The Complete Package: This package is for those homeowners that have a very busy lifestyle and would feel more comfortable having a professional handle all of the work. This is a three step process: We will complete the consultation, provide you with a proposal to prepare the home for showcasing, my team and I will complete all of the work needed and finally prepare the home for it's first showing.  Staging your home before it hits the market is less costly than your first price reduction!
