I have always been extremely satisfied working with both ERA and John Houston. The one detail that stands out to me above all is the bottom line. I have had so many friends sell houses and find out the bottom line is not what they anticipated and they were both shocked and disappointed at the closing. With John Houston I always know what I will end up with and all of the expenses. Many times offers look good up front and then with all the extras and add ons it is not that great of a deal.
Another detail that has always made both buying and selling pleasurable is the accessibility of John either in person or on the phone. I am sure there have been times he has thought; "Oh no, What does she want this time?" But, John has answered my calls and eased my mind! The answer has not always been the easy answer or the one I may have wanted to hear; but it has been the best answer for the situation.
