I worked in the 'computer world' for about 10 years, and I finally decided that I like working with people better than looking at a computer all day!  This gives me an advantage on working to find you a new home or advertising your new home on the internet! 

I have attended the finest training any REALTOR could ask for with Skogman Realty.  We learned a lot of information in a classroom setting that most REALTORs still don't know!  This has given me a chance to shine earlier in my career than most REALTORs starting out.

I love to work with first time home buyers because of the excitement they have on owning their first home.  I also like to work with people upgrading or downgrading their current home or even relocating to the Cedar Rapids area.  Since I do a lot of internet marketing for properties, I can make your house stand out above the rest with added exposure.
