About Us:
Real estate has always been my passion. I enjoy houses with a definitive point of view. That is one of the reasons that I've been coming to the desert for the last 20 years. We have a distinctive collection of homes, including some of the best examples of Mid Century Modern in the world. I permanently relocated here in 2003. We have a fabulous climate, cultural activities that you would not expect to find in a community of our size and the Coachella Valley is undeniably the best location in the world for golf and tennis.
I joined Windermere Real Estate in 2006. I began my real estate career in 2005, after a successful career in the printer and copier business. My previous position was Vice President of Professional Services for a printer software company. During my twenty years in the printer
business, I purchased nine homes. They have ranged from Contemporary, to Hacienda style, with Mid Century Modern, Spanish, Santa Fe style and Neoclassic in the mix. Real estate is my passion.
Our market is challenging, but there are fantastic opportunities out there. I have had a spectacular year. Many of my transactions have been referrals, both buying and selling. I take care of my clients. I also handle long term and vacation leasing in the Palm Springs area.
