I am owner and broker-in-charge of a Charlotte Real Estate and Charlotte Property Management Company.  My real estate company, Carolina United Realty, is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.  We are a full-service real estate and property management company, meaning we cover all real estate transactions.  We offer services to real estate buyers, sellers, property owners, renters, and tenants.  We can help you buy, sell, rent, lease, or manage residential real estate, commercial real estate, and investment properties.  We also have experience dealing with Charlotte short sales, Charlotte foreclosures and pre-foreclosures, and Charlotte Relocation.  Whether you are a homeowner wanting to sell your property, a buyer wanting to buy a property, a investor who needs property management services, or a tenant looking for a rental, we can handle it all!

About Me - About My Charlotte Real Estate Company

I was born in Fort Huachuca, Arizona while my father was in the military.  We moved shortly afterward, before I was even 1 year old.  After a 3 year stint in Frankfurt, Germany where my 2 brothers were born, we moved to my old hometown of Augusta, Georgia. During high school, I had an exciting sports career.  I accepted a scholarship to play tennis at Augusta State University.  Fast forwarding to the end of my never dull college days, I decided I was ready to pursue a career as a tennis professional and accepted a job as a teaching pro. I learned a lot about customer service, marketing, organization, self assertiveness, and the ability to smile after a long day on the court (whether it was 95 degrees or 30 degrees). After 12 years teaching on the court and my body aching, I decided to enter the real estate industry in 1998. With my competitiveness still at a very high level, my thought was to add that competitiveness with all of the other qualities I had acquired and try to become the best Real Estate Broker around.  With all of this said, I would not be as successful as I am today without the constant support of my wife Kim and my 3 little children, Avery, Jack, and Ella . They know how much I love them and I would trade in everything for their health and happiness.

After becoming a successful Real Estate Broker, I decided it was time to develop a company of my own.  I started a real estate and property management company, Carolina United Realty.  My company has grown very successfully over the years and we now manage over 245 properties through the Charlotte area.  My main goal is to provide excellent customer service to meet all the needs of our tenants, owners, buyers, and sellers.  My staff and I are here to walk you step by step through the process of renting, leasing, managing, buying, or selling residential or commercial real estate throughout the Charlotte region.
