I have won various production awards and am involved with my Realtor associations at the local, state and national level. This involvement generally makes me more aware of the overall real estate market as I have a perspective that is not shared by many of my local peers.

Areas of Expertise:

I work in the entire Central Virginia region - centered in Charlottesville and moving out from there to the surrounding Counties - Albemarle County, which surrounds Charlottesville City, Fluvanna County, Nelson County, Greene County and I am starting to branch out to the Waynesboro/Augusta area.  

 This year one of my goals is to move up in price range, as I have just listed a property in the million-dollar price range. 

 My focus has always been residential real estate and land and the representation of buyers and sellers of same.
