After a very successful Air Force career I was looking for a career that I could be my own boss and include my wife as my partner. Our first year we were the "Rookies of the Year" producing over $3,500,000 in annual sales volume. By our third year we were the top agents in the company producing over $9,000,000 in annual sales volume. Shortly after that we were offered an opportunity to open a new office for the firm; recruiting and training nea agents while maintaining a personal annual sales volume of over $6,000,000.
We attributed our success to our desire to learn all we could from anyone who would teach us, and the simple practices we learned to make a part of our every day business.
These are the lessons we took to heart, and these are the lessons I am determined to share with anyone who wants a successful career in Real Estate.

I have been fortunate to have had experience in many different market areas, but my passion is in teaching agents, new or experienced, how to increase their business.
To New agents; you got into Real Estate to build a successful career, I don't believe that should take six months! I believe you should be productive the very first day, and with good training and coaching you can be.
To Experienced agents; your business should grow every year. If you're not growing your business you need the support of an experienced top producer and business coach to get to the next level. I know how to do it, because I did it, and I can help you!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to say how helpful my weekly meetings with Jim Gainer are. In order for me to become more successful in my business, Jim helped me take a good look at myself and what I am doing. He helps me set small achievable goals each week to keep me on track.
