I have 20+ years in real estate, construction, finance, investing, fix & holds/flips engaging as a consultant more than a broker. I specialize in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Castle Pines Village.

Experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Finance

I'm a private real estate investor, property manager and currently own a number of rental properties in the local area. I specialize in finding owner-occupied and investment properties at discounted rates for my clients. I enjoy working with my clients to help them build long-term wealth for security and a great retirement! I have lived in the Denver metro area for almost 20 years, and currently live in Castle Rock. Since I live in this area, I am aware of many of the concerns which may arise during a real estate search, which a "regular" broker not intimately familiar with this area would not know.  Such as, why taxes vary in different areas, the various pros and cons of the different subdivisions, construction, prices, and floor plans of the different builders - previous and current.  All of these items should be considered BEFORE purchasing a property.

If you are planning to purchase property in this area, all of my fees are paid by the seller.  There is NO cost to you as buyer in Colorado. 

 

Area of Expertise / Overview

I view my role as a cost free Consultant to my Buyers.  A great deal of my time is spent understanding our constantly changing market; so you don't have to.  You know what you want/need in a new property.  My role is to help guide you through the process whether it be structuring the contract properly according to your terms, negotiating, financing and financing options, understanding the local market and sub divisions, etc.  I have over 20 years in construction, remodeling, property management, negotiating, short sales, REOs, investor properties, creative financing methods, etc. I enjoy locating great property deals, finding new homes for my clients, working to fix up their property, get it rented (if needed), and help them develop long term wealth strategies.
