About Us:
I obtained my real estate license after serving in the Army. My experience with computers and programming lead me to begin creating applications for real estate. After a few years I decided to commit all of my efforts to technology and took a position at the Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS as their MLS Technology Coordinator.
Since 1996 I have been building IDX driven real estate websites and in 2002 established RealEstatePointe. My personal focus for the last few years has been the SEO part of the business. 10 years ago we were able to get our customers ranked without much trouble. Since then large companies have come to dominate the results pages instead of the local brokers that make transactions happen.
I continuously strive to put our broker clients first and to get them ranked above the competition.
