About Me:

Jeff Jasper, CRS, e-Pro, REALTOR, working in the residential Real Estate market since January, 1999. Prior to Real Estate I owned and operated for roughly 20 years, 3 companies involved with equipment rentals and home construction. My original occupation was in software development in the computer industry.

For over 40 years my focus has been to aid the home owner and potential home owner with obtaining, maintaining and disposing of residential property. This along with an extensive background in the computer industry makes me particularly well suited for  what I do!

When not at work, I love reading, sailing, wood working and barber shop singing.

While I have assisted numerous new home buyers obtain their first home my primary focus is with residential resale. Proper positioning and marketing has always been the key to success! And, in today's market this is doubly important!

Presenting the property correctly and the marketing with primary emphasis on the internet is ever so important! Location has always been the key to value with Real Estate and now with the internet it is also location on the internet that helps to add to that value!

The majority of todays home buyers are locating their home on the internet first! And, with concern over fuel more and more buyers will be looking for that new home on the internet. Virtual tours and walking tours are just two avenues I have used for quiet some time and with great success!
