I have been in real estate for 6 years now, but have been around it all my life. With my father's 43 years of experience I feel I have the extra knowledge needed to have made me succesful thus far.

About Us:

My real estate team, my father and myself, together have 49 years of experience in real estate.  Which has given us the edge needed to get more listings and more importantly sell them.  My father started the business 26 years ago in Carmel, but I have specialized south of him in the Meridian/Kessler, Butler and Broad Ripple areas and condos and lots downtown Indy.

I live and specialize in the Broad Ripple... Meridian/Kessler.. Butler area!  But have been succesful from the downtown area to Noblesville.  I have experience in dealing with almost all areas: new builds, commercial listings, condos from Carmel to downtown Indy and everything in between.

Real Estate and JJ Canull in the sale of our home in the Meridian/Kessler neighborhood.  At the time we were to put our house on the market we were very concerned.  The first reason was the all the news and talk about the taxes doubling, and secondly that our home was a unique property and there were a lot of homes on the market place.  This coupled with the price of the home was over 400k+ surrounded by 200k-300k homes.
