AATB Staging Network

 

Would you be interested in joining our network?   While we advertise our company to Real Estate Professionals, we will gladly advertise your Staging Company.  We just have a few request of you.

1.  Send me your name, biz name, contact info, and cities served.

2.  We will promote your services extensively in conjunction with our VA services to the Realtors nationwide. (This is free advertising for stagers)

3.  When a Realtor expresses interest and let's me know the details and pics of any listings he would be intersted in having staged (in your area, of course), I will then go to my handy-dandy address book and get a Staging Professionals name and contact information.

4.  I will contact you, the Stager, give details, ask if you are interested, send you pics of the listings so you can get a head start on brainstorming.

5.  After you agree to take on the Staging gig, we will then share with the Realtor your contact information and let him/her know when you will contact them to move forward in the stage it forward process.

6.  You contact the Realtor and work your magic!

 

The only thing we ask in return is that you pay a one time referral fee of $50 for each Realtor that you are connected with and complete a consultation.  That's right, no consultation.....no fee! And even if you get 100's of jobs from one Realtor, you only pay for the initial referral.

We will keep accurate records of who has had recent referrals, so as to give everyone an opportunity to receive business if there is more than one staging professional that serves the same areas.
