The Real Estate professional of today must be an expert in the marketplace, be willing to go the extra mile for the consumer, and have thorough knowledge of the constantly changing financing options that are available. My degree in finance and minor in Real Estate from Baylor University, along with many years of experience, have allowed me to achieve remarkable success in helping families find the perfect home here in our marketplace. Although the selling process has a whole new set of challenges in this volatile market, my training and knowledge are the perfect combination to guide you through the staging, pricing, and closing of the deal. For the last 6 years, I have been a top listing agent in Navarro County.

I have been a builder/remodeler since 1990 when I built the house Julie and I live in now. I've built, added on, and remodeled numerous houses in Navarro County, from historical homes to multi-family properties. I am a member of TRCC and an active builder. These undertakings give me a perspective when viewing homes few realtors have. I've personally repaired, changed, added, knocked down, installed, and built anything and everything in or to a home a person can do. I transitioned into real estate in December 2007 when my wife Julie (a 12 year top producer in Navarro County and broker) and I started working on opening a new RE/MAX office on Richland Chambers Lake, RE/MAX LakeSide Dreams. I had a one year waiting list in my construction business because I listened to my clients and then exceeded their expectations. I carry this same dedication to my real estate business and work to go above and beyond clients' needs and expectations before, during and after the transaction.

Due to the success of our first office, RE/MAX of Corsicana, we have decided to open a second office on Richland Chambers Lake, RE/MAX LakeSide Dreams. We specialize in lots, acreage, existing homes, and even new construction. John has immersed himself in the Richland Chambers Lake real estate market and intends to have as much knowledge as possible about the area. The Richland Chambers Lake area is huge (3rd largest lake in the state of Texas) and we serve all areas of the lake. Waterfront home sites, waterview lots, acreage, existing homes, or just quiet country living - our lake has it all. If you cannot find a home that suits your needs I am partnered with several builders on the lake and can assist my clients in selecting a location, selecting a builder, and personally making sure the building process proceeds as it should.
