My area of expertise is in financing and real estate investing.  Prior to working as a loan officer, I owned a real estate investing business (having bought and sold many dozens of houses and mobile homes).  Before working full time as an investor, I worked as a loan officer selling mortgages on residential housing and commercial buildings.  I have been a landlord since 1995.
