Biography
Whether you are looking to buy, rent or sell real estate in the Space Coast, I can help you with your needs as an agent with Serving Brevard Realty. There is something for everyone in Brevard County.
I was born and raised in Brevard County and graduated from Cocoa High School. I went to Auburn University and in 1997 made my way to Atlanta for six years before coming back home in 2003. It is great to be home and in a community that is known for having a very diverse population. I started in the real estate industry in 2004 working for a builder in their design studio. I continued to work for builders in sales or marketing capacities until 2008 when I decided that I could use my expertise to help people realize the dream of homeownership. I am SFR certified by the National Association of Realtors which means I am a certified resource for Short Sales and Foreclosures for buyers or sellers.
Areas of Expertise
I have been working the entire Brevard County market however there are areas that I have more knowledge and I am better suited to help you. Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Viera, Suntree, Palm Shores, Melbourne and Palm Bay are the cities that I have the most working knowledge as far as great homes, great communities and defining what that city has to offer.
I have worked with investors, first-time home buyers and move-up buyers and I have dealt with regular home purchases, short sales and foreclosures. I have the knowledge to help you navigate the real estate market in Brevard County and I am ready to work hard to help you.
